It was an easy walk to the casino from there.
Many people in my group were staying at the Courtyard Mohawk Harbor (see separate review). I chose blackjack and had a great time with a few friends and a fantastic dealer. There were lots of table game opportunities ranging from blackjack to craps Many slots machines spread around as well. But as an addition to the capital region I found it just right.
If people are comparing it to Las Vegas casino, then yes Rivers is on the small side. I actually found it to be very reasonable size.
From what I had been told by people who had been to Rivers Casino already I was expecting it to be small. I recently went with some colleagues to Rivers Casino to check it out and try not to lose too much money.
